30-Day First Pair Guarantee
The first pair is covered for 30 days. Wear it, wash it, try it for a few weeks.
If they aren't working out for you, no problem. Contact us with your order number by email and we reply with where to send the pair. You pay return postage. Use a tracked service. We refund the pair in full once it arrives.
One pair per customer, per household. Shipping to you is not refunded.
After the first pair
The guarantee covers one pair, one time. After that, all sales are final.
Exchanges
Due to this being an intimate item, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help.
If we messed up
Wrong item, damaged in transit, or a parcel that never arrived. Email photos and the order number within 7 days of delivery. We will do whatever we can to help.
Refund timing
We refund the pair within 3 to 5 business days of it arriving. Your bank may take another 5 to 7 business days to post it.
