What sizes do you offer?
S, M, L, XL, XXL.
How do I find my size?
Use the size calculator. Sizing runs S to XXL and matches what you already buy, so take your usual size.
If you are between sizes, size up.

What if I'm between sizes?
Size up. The four-way stretch conforms to the body without feeling loose.
Are these good for athletic/muscular builds?
Yes. The stretch fabric makes room for bigger thighs, and Trail Grip™ leg hems stay put through squats, runs, and long shifts.
What's the inseam length?
6 inches.
Will they stretch out over time?
Cold wash and hang dry and a pair holds its shape for 6 to 12 months in daily rotation. Replace it when the waistband stops springing back.

When will my order ship?
Same day or next day fulfillment. A tracking email follows the moment it is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
- Canada: 3 to 5 business days standard
- United States: 3 to 5 business days
Express, 1 to 2 business days, is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Nether ships to Canada and the United States. More countries later.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Email info@netherunderwear.com right away. Orders that have not shipped can be changed or cancelled.
How do I track my order?
Tracking arrives by email once the order ships, and it lives in your account page.
Returns
What's your return policy?
The 30-Day First Pair Guarantee covers the first pair. Wear it, wash it. If it is not for you, email us with your order number and we refund the pair in full.
One pair per customer, per household. Multipacks are covered for one pair. Shipping is not refunded.
How do I start a return?
Email the order number to info@netherunderwear.com.
Do I need to ship anything back?
For a first pair under the guarantee, no.
For damaged or incorrect items, email the order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
We refund within 3 to 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take another 5 to 7 business days to post it.
Can I swap for a different size?
No exchanges are offered at this time. This will be handled case by case.

What if my pair is defective?
Email photos and the order number to info@netherunderwear.com within 7 days of delivery.

How should I wash my boxer briefs?
Wash with like colours and fabrics.
Hang dry or flat dry. No heat/dryer.
No bleach or fabric softeners.
Features & Technology
What is TENCEL™ Lyocell?
TENCEL™ Lyocell is a fibre spun from wood grown in certified, responsibly managed forests.

Are your products sustainable?
Partly, and I would rather be specific than say yes. The fibre is TENCEL™ Lyocell from Lenzing: FSC and PEFC certified wood, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, EU Ecolabel, and a spinning loop that recovers over 99.8% of its solvent. Those certifications cover the fibre, not the finished garment.
There is one of me, in Kelowna. I keep packaging to the minimum I can and I am not going to claim more than that.
