The guarantee covers the first pair on a first order. Multipacks are covered for one pair.
How do I claim it?
Email the order number to info@netherunderwear.com inside 30 days of delivery and we reply with where to send the pair. You pay return postage. Use a tracked service. We refund the pair within 3 to 5 business days of it arriving.

- One pair, one time. One per customer, one per household. After that, all sales are final.

- Multipacks. Covered for one pair. The rest are final sale.
- Shipping. The pair is refunded in full. Shipping to you is not.
- Refund timing. We refund the pair within 3 to 5 business days of it arriving.

Due to this being an intimate item, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help.
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
