30-Day First Pair Guarantee
Buying underwear online is a leap. No fitting room, no feel of the fabric. So the first pair carries the guarantee. Wear it for up to 30 days. If it is not for you, send it back and we refund the pair in full.
How it works
- 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
- One pair per customer, per household, on your first order.
- Multipacks and bundles count as one pair covered. The rest are final sale.
- Your first pair can be worn and washed.
- Email info@netherunderwear.com with your order number. We reply with where to send the pair.
- You pay return postage. Use a tracked service.
- We refund the pair within 3 to 5 business days of it arriving. Your bank may take another 5 to 7 business days to post it.
- Shipping to you is not refunded.
Exchanges
Due to this being an intimate item, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help.
Worn underwear is never restocked.
If we sent the wrong thing
Email a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and a replacement goes out free of charge.
