Wear it for 30 days. If it is not for you, send the order number and we refund the pair in full. Nothing to send back.
The guarantee covers the first pair on a first order. Multipacks are covered for one pair.
How do I claim it?
Email the order number to info@netherunderwear.com inside 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. The pair stays with you.
The details
- One pair, one time. One per customer, one per household. After that, all sales are final.
- Nothing to send back. Underwear is personal. Worn pairs are never restocked. Keep it or donate it.
- Multipacks. Covered for one pair. The rest are final sale.
- Shipping. The pair is refunded in full. The postage is not.
- Refund timing. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Exchanges
Due to this being an intimate item, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help.
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
